In that case we ask you to contact our Customer Happiness Team. We will be happy to check this for you and make sure you receive all the parts as soon as possible.
Please be sure to count the amount of boxes you receive from the couriers and match them with the waybill before you sign the proof of delivery. If you see something is missing, please email our customer happiness team and we will investigate.
